Wolf58 had a posting where he was advertising multiple different rifle/pistol magazines. I was looking for a Browning BAR 338 win mag magazine which he had advertised as well as another Browning BAR MKII magazine. This is what his description stated: "01.Browning BAR MK II 300 Win.mag 3 round mag.-$70.00 each 2pcs. 02.Browning BAR .338 win.mag.-3 rounds mag.-$SOLD"

Those who are familiar the browning bar know that the browning bar and the bar mkii are different designs and require different magazines. So after reading his description it seemed 100% that the Browning BAR 338 magazine he had advertised would fit my rifle.

After receiving the magazine that was purchased, it was very clear it was for the browning bar mkii, yes it was for a 338 win mag however he should have marked in the description that this mag was a mkii.

I contacted wolf58 to let him know he had advertised the wrong magazine and that I would like a refund. He stated he would provide a refund however I would have to pay the two way shipping. I told him that this was a horrible way to do business as it was his mistake by falsely advertising what he actually had.

He has not contacted me since and I feel it was completely wrong that he will not own up to his own mistake.

I warn anyone who is considering purchasing from wolf58....yes he has a few good reviews, but when push comes to shove he will not do the right thing.
