Was driven across the US, then purchased by a Canadian on the west coast (hence the photos). It sat on his property for 2 years and was lived in full time. I purchased in early winter to start my tiny house dream, and unfortunately, life had other plans. I spent ~$5000 having the brake lines replaced and improving the engine. If looking to ship across the mountains, I know a company. ;-)
I'm really bummed to see it go, but there's no sense in it going to waste. It's an excellently built tiny home.
The two cons are: 1. that the skylight cracked this winter. I noticed early and sealed with gorilla tape, but it will need to be replaced. We can either factor that in to the pricing, or I can try to have replaced ahead of time. 2. The hot water heater burst a coil and will need to be welded/replaced (replacement value $500).
