Norinco NS 522 22 LR 20" Barrel.
This is a well known for its accuracy but a rare Norinco clone of the Anschutz 54 action.
Hammer forged semi-heavy profile barrel with nice swivel pattern on the metal.
All metal and wood - no plastics parts where it counts.

Accuracy has been confirmed with limited number of ammo types:
Elley Semi Auto gave best results 0.25 - 0.5" at 50 Yards.
Federal Auto Match 0.5 - 0.75" at 50.
CC SV 0.25 - 0.75" but lot sensitive.
I only had for couple month since bought unfired.
Stock has been glass and pillar-bedded.
Barrel channel free-floated.
Trigger spring replaced for lighter one (original is available).
Comes with 2x 5 shot steel magazines.
